Swedish Massage Therapy
A therapeutic massage that is composed of deeply relaxing long strokes and flows into a melody of techniques such as deep tissue work and others as needed for myofascial trigger points and related tissues. This session leaves the body and mind feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.

Medical Massage Therapy
A therapeutic massage that is composed of various techniques such as deep tissue work and modalities such as Swedish Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage to treat a condition diagnosed by a doctor.
Hot stones, hot towels, and aromatherapy included.

CranioSacral Therapy
A light-touch therapy developed by John E. Upledger, DO, OMM. This session is composed of following the lead of the body and utilizing light-touch techniques that assist in the release of restrictions of the structures and tissues related to the central nervous system, treating the body as a whole, and encouraging the self-correction of the body.
CranioSacral Therapy techniques can be added as needed to any session.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
A session that consists of light strokes that gently encourages the lymphatic circulation to cleanse the tissues, increase the circulation of lymphatic cells, enhance the purifying function of the immune system, and assist in the process of relaxing the body as a whole.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy techniques can be added as needed to any session.

Gentle Care Therapy for the Face
A gentle therapeutic session devoted to your face and cranium with a blend of facial massage, CranioSacral Therapy, acupressure points, and Lymphatic Drainage.
A focus on the increase of circulation and softening for your facial tissues, and muscles, and releasing restrictions of the structures of the cranium, around the brain, and the nervous system.
Care and gentle techniques are applied to ease and release congestion within the cranium, sinuses, and facial muscles to relieve tension and aid in the self-correction of the body as a whole. Your neck, shoulders, arms, and hands can be included with therapeutic massage.

Basalt Hot Stone and Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage that includes the use of hot (to your tolerance) basalt stones with relaxing and grounding properties to deeply warm and loosen your muscles and your mind.
Your muscles are warmed and massaged so that tension flows away and your body is in a divine condition to self-correct and heal.

Chakra Harmonizing and Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage with a focus on the seven main Chakras (energy centers of the body) to encourage the release of restrictions of the physical and energetic body to encourage greater energy flow, and balance for you as a whole being.
Essential oils, gemstones, warmed and grounding basalt stones, and guided meditation to help restore and harmonize the Chakras and you as a whole.

Infant and Children's Therapeutic Massage
A gentle therapeutic and sensory rich session for your child from infancy through childhood.
A parent, guardian, or caregiver is present during the session.

CranioSacral Therapy ~ A light touch therapy that can release restrictions in the CranioSacral System ~ the environment in which the brain and spinal cord function. This therapy gently releases and opens pathways for the body to self-correct and lessens any stress or strain on the body systems as a whole.
Acupressure points ~ a safe and gentle way to lessen pain and calm your child.
Kinesthetic stimulation ~ passive motion of the limbs to assist with development.
Warm towels, warm basalt stones, gentle aromatherapy and music.
These therapies encourage a sense of well being and relaxation for your young child. Promoting sleep, growth, brain development, a healthy immune and digestive system.
I offer Medical Massage (treating a diagnosed condition) with a referral from your child's pediatrician, physical therapist, chiropractor, psychologist...).
I apply warmed organic coconut or sunflower oil as well as organic essential oils.
I ask that your child wait thirty minutes after eating before their appointment.
